05-30-2012: “Add perspective to things…”
If we need to find our place in this world, we just need to walk out on a night like this one and look up: this immense lightning bolt is a very effective reminder of how little and powerless we really are. Once we get the message, we can go back and work on being better people and know our limitations and understand others as well.
05-29-2012: “Quiet now…”
Sometimes a little walk at night lets you see what you’ve been missing… this little town is really quiet at this time of the night and the lights make for intricate patterns, so different from those of big towns and their high precision levels!
05-28-2012: “Fly into the Storm”
Sometimes we feel just like this… when we walk into a difficult meeting, when we have a though personal matter to solve… There is something about those situations and many others, which makes us feel small and afraid.
I like this bird’s attitude because no matter how dark and difficult it looks ahead, it needed to go somewhere in there and that’s exactly what it did. I guess we should just do the same.
